What information should I gather?
- Whether the customer qualifies for Attach pricing.
- Total interactions the estimate should cover.
- Total unified profiles across the tenant.
Simple example
Customer input: 600,000 total interactions and 300,000 unified people. Tool behavior: It converts the interaction total into required interacted capacity, then automatically selects valid interacted and unified capacity tiers. Result: Review the monthly and annual list-price estimate in the right-hand panel.

This is an estimator, not a quote. It excludes taxes, discounts, regional currency variations, SMS/telecom pass-through charges, and any separate Dynamics 365 app licenses.

- This estimator treats the total interactions entered as the required interacted-person capacity on a 1-to-1 basis.
- Tier selection follows Microsoft pack thresholds and minimum quantities. At overlapping thresholds, the estimator selects the lowest-cost eligible tier.
- Dataverse storage assumptions: the base license includes 45 GB database, 60 GB file, and 4 GB log. Additional capacity accrues at the published equivalent rate per 50,000 interacted people and 100,000 unified people.
